With a view to introduce the latest industrial products in the North Indian market, this company was established. Fiberglass was a new technology at that time, so a retail outlet was set up in South Delhi for marketing FRP raw materials like Unsaturated Polyester Resins, Fiberglass, Pigments, and related chemicals. This business flourished greatly over the next 10 years.
Around 1990, another new product line was added to this business: Powder Coatings. These were sourced from the only reputed manufacturer in India, Hardcastle and Waud. We became their sole distributor in North India to promote this newly introduced painting technology. Started in 1990, Powder Coatings remain our core business even today.

Started in 1994 at Faridabad, big industrial town near Delhi, as a Sales Depot for Haryana territory — offering our newly acquired range of powder coatings only.
